Commission Process
Hi there! First, thanks for looking into commissioning a piece! I appreciate it and I would love to make you what you're looking for!

Okay, so here's how it goes. When you want a custom piece from a small artist, a lot goes into it. I want to make you exactly what you're looking for, which means I need to know what that is! You'll start by telling me the type of piece you want (handblown glass, paintings, etc.) as well as the size, scale, subject, or any other special requests. I have to know what you want, what equipment I will need, and how much time I can expect to put into it.

Then, I'll be real with you. I will not promise you a piece I cannot deliver, it needs to fit within my skillset and I have to have access to the materials and equipment I need to use. If I can complete your request, we'll talk schedule and price point. I am a busy person and each piece takes many hours in design and application.
If we decide to continue, I expect a portion of the cost upfront to protect my time, money, and work, which we will discuss, and you will need to sign a document ensuring your intention of payment upon completion of the work. I will keep you updated throughout the process and you can contact me anytime!

Thanks!
